New York, year 1926. The eccentric magizoólogo Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) finishes being expelled from Hogwarts due to an incident related to one of its magical creatures. The young magician then decides to take a trip around the world in search of new varieties of extraordinary creatures. Accompanied by an enigmatic suitcase full of the amazing beings he has collected over the years, he arrives in New York. There he meets by chance with Jacob Kowalski (Dan Floger), a baker who has just returned from the war. Following a confusion with their respective hand luggage, the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic animals and both are forced to work together to solve this terrible problem, which affects both the magic community led by MACUSA (the Magic Congress of the USA) like to the Muggle.
Newt and his new friend Jacob should strive to resolve the incident without anyone knowing.
